ALL of these goals are reasonable. The first step is stating them, i.e. admission that there are things that need to change. Now you need a plan as to how you're going to get them all done.
1. We talked about this last night. Nutrition is the biggest step you can take to a happier life. Exercise will come soon after.
2. Stop cold turkey. Switch to water. It's the best thing for you. You should be drinking at least two liters per day.
3. Keep smiling.
4. Pick one date each month that you'll be doing this. No excuses. Plan accordingly with temple closures.
5. Just do it.
6. Just do it.
7. Buy Dave Ramsey's The Total Money Makeover; you'll be glad you did. He says save an emergency fund of $1000. Then attack your debts. You can do this all fairly quickly. He explains how.
8. See #7 above. Also, stop creating more debt for yourself. You have to live within your means AND have extra money to pay back what you've already spent.
9. If you accomplish these other goals, you'll be a much more attractive mate.
10. Life is good. You have people that love you and care for you.
Just stop stressing about the small stuff and focus on these goals that you can definitely obtain. No reason that you can't get #1 by summer (roughly five months away.)
I love you. Good luck with these goals and I am here to help you along the way.

Good article on financial resolutions, too.
Setting goals is a powerful thing! The power of words is the ability to speak them :)
