I had my ultrasound yesterday. I have more lumps on my thyroid. My next doctor's appointment is on May 8th. I will let you know what is going on after that. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers and in your hearts.
I had my thyroid removed two years ago (as of July). Jessica had her's removed this past month. We are both doing well with synthetic thyroid meds. There are a couple of tricks to taking the meds that I will tell you if you have your thyroid removed. It isn't a hard surgery and if your thyroid is under-active you are tired, gain weight,and need to sleep a lot. Keep us posted. Carolyn L
